Every dog lover needs this
When we made the big move, I decided to treat myself to new pillows and bought a big body pillow because my friend J told me how awesome it was to sleep hugging a body pillow (I’m a koala sleeper, I can’t sleep without my arms and legs wrapped around something —that’s what she said.)
Our old mattress had a lot of puppy markings, ie, dog pee, which may or may not have been accidents (once,...

Yves Rocher Rinsing Vinegar = win!
I first came across Yves Rocher from my mom’s annual box of goodies from the US. She sent me a bunch of samples (metallic mini lipsticks), but since I had not heard of the brand before and I was not a fan of frosted lippies, I didn’t give it a try.

The Original 'In Time'
When I saw the trailer of “In Time”, I thought it was an adaptation of a sci-fi short story because I remembered having seen a short film waaay back when I was a kid on the i Channel of all places (this was Sky Cable’s first homegrown channel playing mostly kiddie stuff with some adult stuff as fillers).
Of course since I had seen this short film ages ago, I couldn’t remember the title nor the...

Nerds Rock
Somewhere between 1983 & 1984, a young Steve Jobs urged the people at Rolling Stone magazine to put his revolutionary Macintosh team on the cover, and the writer was then quoted to have said that the chance of a bunch of nerds displacing Sting on the cover was “one in a googolplex”.
-from Walter Isaacson’s biography of Steve Jobs.
Well, look how you’ve changed...
